WHY WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect personal information because it helps us serve the needs of our clients as well as discover how we may better serve the needs of potential clients.
TYPES OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
We are interested in learning about potential clients’ research needs and we try to respond to those questions personally. In order to do that we ask for an email address, mailing address and/or telephone number. We never share this contact information with an outside organization and can delete it upon request.
Client contact and genealogical information.
We use contact information from our clients in order to communicate with them regularly. We save email communication so that we may keep track of each client’s individual needs. All contact information and communication with our clients is private and is not shared with an outside organization.
We save our clients’ genealogical and contact information for a period of at least one year after a project is completed, and generally longer, unless our clients request by email that we delete it.
